RALPH C STODDARD

 

 

Ralph Stoddard is a retired judge of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida. He was elected judge in 1996 and served for 24 years. During that time, Stoddard presided over hundreds of trials in the civil, family, criminal, and juvenile divisions. He was an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law and taught incoming colleagues at New Judges College.

Prior to his time on the bench, Stoddard practiced law for 20 years litigating personal injury, commercial law, construction, family, and criminal matters.
